Brainwashing 101Brainwashing - Hypnosis - NLP

In today’s society, we have to ask ourselves……”Are my thoughts my own?”Do we REALLY think for ourselves or make our own decisions?

Even things as simple as what toothpaste to use, what to have for lunch or what to wear might be decided for you. If you watch TV (yes, even if the sound is muted) you are being hypnotized and influenced without even knowing it. When you watch movies, talk shows, the news, commercials, listen to music, or read ANYTHING you are being hypnotized, influenced……and YES…..mind-controlled.

How do I know about mind-control? I am an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and a Master Hypnotist. In other words, I have been highly trained in mind-control by none-other than Richard Bandler, the genius co-creator of NLP. He could make you do or say anything. He is that good. He also said: “You can use NLP to do really good things, or you can be an A…..hole.” My choice was always to do good things with my skills, but unfortunately many highly trained NLP specialists use their skills for what I consider to be unethical, inexcusable, and unadulterated EVIL.

Mind –control is all about bypassing the critical thinking part of your brain with distraction, or hypnosis. Once this is accomplished, your subconscious mind is wide open to accept whatever outlandish suggestion they want to put in there. Your brain is wired to accept these things, no questions asked. This is especially true with children. Young children are ALWAYS in a state of hypnosis, so pay attention to what they are watching, reading and to who might be influencing them.

NLP IN ADVERTISING

Every single commercial is specially designed by a horde of brain-washing specialists whose only concern is to convince you to buy their product, and they will use any means possible to do this. If they need to sell pharmaceuticals that will kill you (which would be just about ANY OF THEM), they will do so without a fleck of conscience whatsoever. They only care about two things: Selling their product and getting money from you. The music and lyrics used in commercials are chosen to influence the right demographics. Sixties music is played to influence baby-boomers, while current music is played to control the younger population. Everything is controlled from tempo, beat and lyrics. The pictures and videos flash on the screen at just the right rate to put you into an automatic state of hypnosis. The more distracted you are, the better it works. Suggestions are thrown into your subconscious mind so fast you don’t even have a clue it’s happening. Even if you are watching a movie or television show on which the TV is playing quietly in the background, you can be influenced by whatever they are saying.

Subliminal advertising (flashing words and statements on the screen so briefly they aren’t detected by the conscious mind) is illegal in other countries, such as Australia and England, but in the United States there is no law on the books against it. It is however controlled by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission). They will revoke a company’s broadcast license if it can be proven, but by its very nature, it can often be difficult to detect and prove. I have found subliminal advertisements myself while rewinding television shows on my DVR player. They are still there, they will try to influence you, and you won’t even know it.

“Subliminal programming is designed to be perceived on a subconscious level only. Regardless of whether it is effective, the use of subliminal perception is inconsistent with a station's obligation to serve the public interest because the broadcast is intended to be deceptive. (Federal Communications Commission Record, 2001)” –From FCC Manual for Broadcasters

TELEVISION SHOWS, CARTOONS AND MOVIES

Everything I have said about advertising also applies to television shows, cartoons and movies. Do we care if our children are being influenced daily by subliminal messages in cartoons and the children's programs they are watching? I’m sure your answer to this question is a resounding “YES!”  Perhaps the only way we can protect our children is to pass a law against subliminal programming.

Even if there is no subliminal message in a show or movie, there are still plenty of other techniques used to sway you to their viewpoint. The hypnosis we are under when watching these things makes us susceptible to their suggestions.

Family films are notorious for brainwashing when you least expect it. Take for instance the movie WALL-E.

According to Christopher Tucker “Wall-E fools you into thinking that robots are cute and lovable. We should trust them. We should listen to show tunes with them. That way, our defenses are nice and lowered, which will enable Skynet to commence Judgment Day. If you haven’t already, please don’t let your children watch Wall-E. The resistance is going to need all the hardcore robot hating soldiers it can get. Please, consider the future of our planet.”

So, do you think you might be safe letting your kids watch a Disney movie? Think again. According to The Minority Report Forum Walt Disney worked with the FBI from 1936 until his death in 1966 to provide “cartoons and other images” as propaganda for the U. S. government. Disney continues to use manipulation and mind-control programming in their movies and cartoons to this day.

NEWS PROGRAMS

News channels  and political parties often repeat a consistent message when they want to get their point across. Short snippets of information is also a common tactic on news networks.

One very effective method of brainwashing is to repeat the same information over and over again until it starts to penetrate your subconscious mind, convincing you that it must be the truth. Another way to bypass the conscious mind is to flash headlines at you. Most people only read the headlines when they are scanning the newspaper and these quick flashes of information tend to stick better than an entire article on the subject. This is also true with news programming. The less attention you pay the more you are brainwashed. It seems that the only thing you can do to avoid being brainwashed by the news would be to stop watching it.

It isn’t practical to stop watching or reading everything. So what do we do? PAY ATTENTION to what you read and watch. Be aware of the techniques being used on you, and most importantly question your own thoughts. Take nothing for granted and stop assuming that you are being told the truth or that “they” have your best interests at heart. In most cases they do not. Also, be aware of what your children are watching and reading. Because they are being affected much more than you ever thought possible.

Self Talk

"A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver. Like an earring of gold and an ornament of fine gold is a wise reprover to an obedient ear."
-Proverbs 25:11

Pay close attention to what you say, the words you use, the tonality, and repetitive habitual utterances. Our oral communication has great power over our subconscious mind- more than you know.

Speak positive, inspirational, honest, loving and beautiful words, and those influences will prevail. Leave out the negative, argumentative and critical expressions.

Repetitive expressions such as "He's a pain in the neck." will keep the Chiropractor successful. Comments such as "She makes me sick!" or "He broke my heart." can literally make you ill. These are suggestions and are taken seriously by your subconscious. Therefore, they should be monitored. Your health may very well depend on it.

Happy New Year Motivations!

Happy New Year Motivations!

To get 2007 off to a great start, did you sit down and write out your New Year’s Resolutions? You know you did. Most of us do. At the time, we really meant it too, didn’t we? I know I did. My heart and motives were completely pure, and my resolve was unstoppable. Unfortunately, it only took a week to break the first resolution, which was to improve my diet by eating healthy, organic foods. I thought about this last night as I downed a bottle of 7-Up spiked with a shot of Canadian Mist, and a bowl of microwaved popcorn slathered in butter and caked with salt (the popcorn was actually organic, but the butter was not). The saddest part of all was that I didn’t feel the least bit of guilt or regret. Does anybody really keep these resolutions? Sure, it would be great if we could. So, how can we?

Resolve is essentially willpower, which means nothing without motivation backing it up. Motivation creates change by giving us a shove in the right direction. We are either attracted by the promise of a pleasurable reward, or forced along by the threat of pain and suffering. Without this motivational force, a resolution has no power. There must be some kind of immediate gratification to keep us on the right track. This is lacking in a resolution to lose weight, or any similar long-term goal. The promise of reward is too far off into the future, as is the threat of pain and suffering if you don’t eventually lose weight and get healthy.

The secret is too get the motivation going and keep it on track, until you arrive at your destination of a pleasurable reward. If you are working with an NLP Practitioner, many methods can stimulate motivation. I will give you a brief example here. Eyes can be closed or opened for this exercise.

1. Create a movie in your mind's eye that represents the undesireable state(for example, not being able to zip your pants, men looking away in disgust). Add sounds (grunting to zip your pants), and feelings (failure, unhappiness and defeat). This will represent the negative possiblities that you are propelled away from.
2. Grow this movie to a larger size, making it huge and monsterous, the sounds amplified, colors brighter, and the feelings stronger. Really FEEL, SEE AND HEAR the pain!
3. Once you have truly experienced the pain and misery of the undesirable state, change the movie to black and white, and shrink it down to a very small size, eliminating the sound effects. Place what is left of this movie behind you to represent the AWAY From state.
4. Now, create a positive movie in your mind that represents your desired state (for instance, yourself in a bikini- sexy and hot). Add sounds (waves crashing, or guys whistling), and feelings (the pleasurable sensation of KNOWING you look good, happiness, satisfaction and joy). Locate this movie in FRONT of you to represent the TOWARD state.

2. Magnify this picture- growing it bigger, louder and brighter in your mind. Step into the picture to experience rather then watch. It’s important to truly SEE, FEEL, AND HEAR how wonderful reaching your goal will be!

3. Step out of this movie, but keep the scene in front of you.

The object is to feel the need to run forward TOWARD your positive goal, and escape the monstrous negative possibilities by jumping into the positive movie headfirst.

This exercise works best when you have the guidance of an NLP Coach.

There are many methods to create motivation. For instance, hanging pictures of you all over the house at your goal weight (computers can do amazing things these days), or clothes in a smaller size just waiting to be worn. Positive affirmations when used consistently will propel you toward your goal. Be bold, creative, and most importantly POSITIVE. Your thoughts have a life of their own once you have formed them, so be responsible with your creations!

Have a happy and prosperous 2007!

Are you under a spell?

Down the winding stairs, Rebecca stepped carefully. In the darkness, she was afraid she might fall and tumble down the steps into the eerie tomb below. Reaching the bottom, she noticed the old woman sitting at the table in the corner, a small lamp providing a light so dim, it did not even cast a shadow. The haggard woman cackled at Rebecca as she took a seat on the wobbly chair. The old hag's voice cracked as she croaked out, " Somebody has cast a spell upon you. A dark cloud of sorrow hangs over your head."

"Ever since that night I have failed at everything I try to do." A sob escaped from Rebecca's throat and she looked frightened. Sitting across from me at the restaurant table she drank some water. Her hand shook and the water dribbled across the table.
"How do I break the spell? I don't even know who has cast it upon me!"

"The spell has no existence on it's own."
I told her "Your negative belief gives it power."

Am I saying that spells aren't real? They are real, if you make them real. By believing that you are under a spell, you can make your life miserable and disastrous. A spell is a habit that becomes deeply ingrained in your subconscious, an ugly darkness that permeates your every move.

How do you break the spell? First, you have to realize that it was created by you, and you are the only one who can destroy it. Once you come to that realization, you have won the battle. A religious ritual in which you invoke the Higher Power can also break the spell, creating a quality of grace that washes out the debris. A ritual is merely a process that is used to change your belief. In this way, the spell loses it's power and you will be back in control of your life.
