Self Talk

"A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in settings of silver. Like an earring of gold and an ornament of fine gold is a wise reprover to an obedient ear."
-Proverbs 25:11

Pay close attention to what you say, the words you use, the tonality, and repetitive habitual utterances. Our oral communication has great power over our subconscious mind- more than you know.

Speak positive, inspirational, honest, loving and beautiful words, and those influences will prevail. Leave out the negative, argumentative and critical expressions.

Repetitive expressions such as "He's a pain in the neck." will keep the Chiropractor successful. Comments such as "She makes me sick!" or "He broke my heart." can literally make you ill. These are suggestions and are taken seriously by your subconscious. Therefore, they should be monitored. Your health may very well depend on it.

The Greater the Glory . . .

Then, keep that. For, none may tell another how to be beautiful. It must be the reflection of that entertained in the heart and mind of the individual. And as He is beauty, He is friendship, He is love, the more and the nearer individuals reflect that in their conversation, in their dealings with their fellow man, the greater the glory to Him.
